Kathy’s passion for real estate and building goes back more than 30 years. Prior to working in the building and development business, she managed escrow agents for a large title company. She has been with Granite Ridge Builders since inception and has watched this company grow from eight employees to more than 100. Most of her time at Granite Ridge Builders now is focused on land development with more than 24 subdivisions in Northeast Indiana. Kathy is a native of Fort Wayne and a graduate of Indiana University. She is married to Bob, and between them they have three children; Michael, Andrew and Lauren, as well as a grandson Felix. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening and traveling to exotic places with her husband.
