I recently moved into my new home with Granite Ridge and I had an amazing experience! I worked with JR and from the very start he made the process fun and easy. When choosing a layout, I didn't love one specific design so he grabbed some whiteout and a pen starting redesigning to fit my lifestyle. I said I wanted a modern farmhouse and I never dreamed that would be in my budget. But he made it happen and I'm in love. I also worked with Nathan Bidlack and he was always very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The home really feels like the house of my dreams and I couldn't be happier! Thank you Granite Ridge Builders and everyone who helped make this possible!

Isaac Purdy and Michael Jennings were I believe their title is project managers but basically they were incharge of building the house. They kept things moving smoothly and handled any issues I found or they found without making it a headache for me. They also made it a point to take picture regularly of the progress and made sure I was aware in alingment with the house building progress. They were easy to reach, kept things straightforward, and just got things done. Additionally, Beth Lang was a huge help through the whole process. She did way more than just her job in my opinion, she made it a point to care—she helped me with design choices along with Chelsea, connected me with the right people for anything I wanted for the house, and was basically there for me every step of the build and made sure to keep checking in with me and ensure I am happy with the build. Made things a lot simpler and pleasant experience than I expected going into this venture.

Granite Ridge built our home 9 years ago and did a fantastic job. Our project manager was fantastic. Just recently we lost a couple of shingles in a windstorm and when I called they quickly were able to tell me what brand and design it was but also gave me the name of where I could get replacement shingles and also the name of someone who could come and replace it for us. They have great customer support before during and after the build. A first class operation.

We’re building a custom country home with Granite Ridge Builders and wanted to give some insight on our experience. The broad range of design and decor options allowed us to select from basic to luxury on every aspect of our house. We’re about to see all of our selections be implemented as we are on the backstretch of our home building process. Our project manager, Donnie, has been nothing short of amazing. The communication has been continuous, direct, and fun. We actually had no intention of building but after meeting Dan walking thru a Granite Ridge home we changed our minds. Throughout the entire process the team was incredibly helpful and attentive. Our only issue with the entire process was the lighting group at Kendall Electric but Chelsea stepped up and walked us thru it with no issues. All of the contractors did an amazing job. Issac and Michael managed the entire process making sure every little detail was taken care of. People say building a house can be a pretty stressful situation but Granite Ridge made it a very pleasant experience.

Nathan Bidlack was our project manager and was very thorough and paid attention to the detail of our new home had everthing done sooner than expected. We recently had our fireplace redone by having shiplap installed and then painted black, mantel included. It is the most beautiful transformation and we love it. My wife and I began our home building process with Granite Ridge about a year ago. We just moved into our beautiful new home last weekend and are in love! The design process was smooth and stress free due to the excellent guidance from all of their experienced and very knowledgeable staff. Our architect, Lucian, was a natural at reading our inputs and seamlessly integrating them into the design of the home. There were so many things that we didn't say that he understood and put into our home, such as maximizing passive lighting from outside, or including a nook for our dogs under the stairs (which they love by the way). Jenn, our designer, saved us so much time and stress by guiding us through the daunting interior design selections process, keeping us within budget, while steering us away from our worst impulses. This process could easily have been overwhelming for us, but her input, knowledge, and skill made it a breeze. Our relationship and journey with Donnie, our construction manager, was a truly wonderful experience. He was in contact with us every step of the way, quick to contact us with any issues that would crop up and provided welcome advice and recommendations when we most needed them. He brought his wealth of experience, talent, and skills to the construction of our home, and it shows. Most importantly, he treated our home with the same love and care as if it was his own. We are truly glad that we built with Granite Ridge. Thank you!

Five stars for Granite Ridge Builders (GRB)!! I was living in Charleston, SC, when I was looking to move to the Fort Wayne/Leo area to be close to family. I researched different builders in the area and what I saw and read about GRB had me reach out to them via their online ‘Contact Us’ feature. The SAME day, New Home Specialist and realtor, Kate Yanko, called me about my inquiry. I explained my situation and from there, we communicated consistently and she helped me navigate the entire process. Kate is amazing!! She made everything feel smooth and well-managed. I wasn’t new to the building process, but I wasn’t expecting all that GRB had to offer. I made several trips to Fort Wayne before moving to get the process started. Kate took me to look at lots in Lakes of Leo (where I wanted to build) and then drove me to multiple houses in their different subdivisions that were similar to what I was looking for in my new home before meeting with her and Architectural Designer, Lucian Krawczyk. Lucian asked me what features were most important to me then he took the house design I wanted and made changes as we talked to fit into my budget. The customization provided by GRB was impressive. This excellent service was one of many I could talk about. The Design Coordinators at GRB and each of the local businesses they recommended (for lighting, appliances, closet design, etc) took the stress out of the process. Once I moved here, I lived with family and was close by to see the progress of the build when I had time. The Project Manager (PM) was great with written updates along with pictures in their Buildertrend app. The PM was great about answering all my building questions throughout the process and before we closed on the house, took care of anything I saw that needed an adjustment and answered a lot of questions I had with patience and grace. Bottom Line: GRB provided excellent service from start to finish. They had great follow-up throughout the process and were very flexible in working with my needs. Kate was my main point of contact, and she was responsive, professional, and so easy to work with throughout the process! It was clear from the start that Kate and everyone else I interacted with cared about customer satisfaction and I definitely recommend them to others whether you are looking to buy or build!

New Home Specialist, Jose Leal, was with our family and me from the day my daughter found the listing online and we called him to see the house. He followed up with us, with a face-time walk-through, then in-person showings for various family members. We asked many questions, and I had many requests regarding some possible changes, etc. He assured us that those things would not be a problem. Next, when I decided to make an offer, Jose walked me through all the paperwork, with a home inspection included. Since I had never purchased a home on my own (recently widowed), I had many, many questions which he patiently and very kindly answered and helped me through the entire process through the closing. I am so thankful to have had one very special person guiding me the entire time rather than possibly having multiple folks to deal with.
