The Marketing Assistant role is a full-time position. The primary responsibilities include providing administrative support to the marketing department, assisting with copywriting, maintaining digital media sites, supporting print advertising campaigns, assisting with marketing events and home tours, and conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and customer demographics.
- This is a customer facing position. Professionalism, appearance and a positive attitude are critical to success. - Scheduling appointments with stakeholders and traveling to evaluation sites - Inspecting the composition of naturally occurring formations at each prospective site - Review all relevant work scope required to prepare a site for construction including, lot fitment (size, shape, orientation), topography, utilities, foundation solution, driveway, clearing, water management, soil evaluation and excavation - When appropriate, recommend additional testing and evaluate the risk of geological hazards and ensure any factors affecting engineering are identified and mitigated - Consult geological maps and aerial photographs and any previous Granite Ridge Builders experience in the area to advise on site selection. - Make recommendations on the proposed use of a site - Work closely with trade partners, sales team. Bid team, design team and project managers to ensure superior results
New Home Specialists are responsible for the sale and closure of new construction homes and coordinating all aspects of the home buying process to provide an outstanding customer experience.
Granite Ridge Builders provides onboard training designed to give you the tools to be successful in our company. Your training will be an exciting introduction to Granite Ridge Builders and our culture. You will have the opportunity to meet with and shadow other team members to gain a better understanding of our process. After onboard training, you will have a better understanding of how everyone on the team is an important part of creating a positive experience for our homeowners.
At Granite Ridge Builders, we have an educational environment and education plays an important role in our success. Our weekly education meetings are designed to teach and demonstrate new trends and products, discuss ways we can improve, as well as learn about news and events happening around us. In the warmer months, the team spends some time outside visiting job sites to expand our knowledge further about the construction process.
