Joy has worked in and around the real estate industry for more than 14 years, and she has been focused on new construction since 2017. She is enJOYing helping clients plan and build their custom homes, respecting their needs and their budgets. Joy graduated from Ball State University with a major in Telecommunications and a minor in Studio Art. She's a licensed REALTOR as well as a New Home Specialist. Besides working, she loves art, dancing and hanging out with her really cool teenagers.
