Prior to working with Granite Ridge Builders, Kaitlyn spent most of her professional career working with Life Time Fitness as an Area Retention Manager in the Austin/ San Antonio Region. Most recently, she was on board for a San Diego based startup as the Director of HR/Executive Management wearing the many hats that come with that role. Kaitlyn brings over a decade of experience in customer service, client satisfaction, leadership development, and organizational management. Kaitlyn is extremely passionate about Health and Wellness and is working towards her Nutritional Board certification. In her free time she enjoys working out, mentoring her clients, running Spartan's, and spending time outside with her daughter.
