With over a decade of hands-on experience as a licensed General Contractor, Tim knows the building process and can walk you through each stage. As a Project Manager, he communicates effectively, schedules trade partners appropriately, and even provides cheesy videos explaining different stages of the construction process. With an undergraduate degree from Purdue, he also holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University. Tim built his own home in 2016, performing all of the interior finishes himself. He enjoys playing violin on the worship team at his church, and has been an avid gamer for two decades.
