Kate Yanko discovered her passion for real estate when she was offered a position as an assistant to a local realtor while she was attending school at Indiana Purdue Fort Wayne for Business Marketing and Management. While attending school, she helped at her parent’s restaurant, Lunch Box Café, when she finally realized getting her real estate license herself was her goal. After a year and half of selling existing real estate, she found even more passion in helping people design their dream homes from start to finish. She is now a New Homes Specialist here at Granite Ridge Builders where she gets to do just that - build dream homes. Outside of work, you will find her doing anything outdoors like riding her bike, attempting to grow a garden, or playing her with two dogs!
