Granite Ridge built our beautiful new home, and they were very easy to work with. We feel that Granite Ridge offered the best quality and choices compared to other options we looked at. Their design team, decorators and planning teams were very helpful. We were able to customize our floor plan, and our home is exactly what we envisioned. Mike Chiles, our project manager, was very personable and professional, he was on site and communicated with us daily. He paid attention to every detail so that everything was just perfect. We love our new home!

Granite Ridge was so wonderful to work with! The entire process for choosing the lot to singing the final paperwork was smooth! Issac Purdy was a tremendous help as the project manager! Anytime I emailed, text or called he either was able to help right away or within 24 hours.

Our Project Manager Tim has made the process of building with Granite Ridge enjoyable and fun. He's been on top every detail, large and small. The communication lines have always been open whenever we need to talk through things. We have had a very positive experience and look forward to moving into our beautiful home.
